Cascading Style Sheets, style sheets when attached to documents describe how the document is displayed or printed. A CSS sheet is attached to a HTML document, to influence its layout when accessed via a browser. Cascading style sheets work like a template, allowing Web developers to define a style for an HTML element and then apply it to as many Web pages as they'd like. CSS supports cascading, i.e. a single document may use two or more style sheets that are than applied according to specified priorities. When you want to make a change, you simply change the style, and that element is updated automatically wherever it appears within the site. Both Navigator 4.0+ and Internet Explorer 4.0+ support cascading style sheets.

   * W3C Schools - CSS Tutorial - Save a lot of work with CSS! In our CSS tutorial you will learn how to use CSS to control the style and layout of multiple Web pages all at once.

   * Web Design Group - CSS Help - Change the appearance of hundreds of Web pages by changing just one file... Influence presentation without losing visitors... All with the power and flexibility of Web style sheets.

   * Glish - CSS Layout Techniques - If you are looking for help making the transition to CSS layout (that's Cascading Style Sheets), you've come to the right place. I am cataloging here as many useful cross-browser CSS layout techniques as I can find, and some that I made up when I was bored last Thursday.

   * CSS Vault - I needed a place where I could look at a list of sites that would inspire my creativity with CSS. I needed a site that linked to all the great CSS resources out there on the web. I couldn't find a site that combined those two elements, so I created one myself.
